Information We Collect

Your Dining Club collects the following information when a new member joins: First name, last name, date of birth, sex, city and state you live in, phone number, and email address. There is no other personal information ever collected when using the Your Dining Club App.

Payment Processing Security

Monthly subscriptions are processed through secure credit card processing (Stripe/Authorize.net), so no financial information is stored directly by Your Dining Club except what is required through the secure merchant interface. All financial data available to Your Dining Club is what is offered legally through credit card processing companies. This website uses HTTPS secure programming and modern, secure credit card processing.

How We Use Information

When signing up for Your Dining Club, you have the option of "Staying In The Loop" – if checked, you will receive regular emails and texts from Your Dining Club with additional offers and discounts. These can be controlled through the Notifications section of your Profile.

Location & Permissions

The App requests permission for location so restaurants and businesses can be sorted by distance from your location. We also request permissions for contacts if you choose to send invites to others to earn referral credits.
